The software is very simply as it be used to look up words from almost any program. The data base has more than 150,000 root words and 120,000 synonym sets, many proper nouns, pronunciations and usage tags.
Ease of use
To simplify the entire software tabs are available for the user to be at ease. When you are finished with typing a term into the Lookup dialog bow, the word's definition will appear in the interface's top pane, along with other tabs. There is another tab available for users to get information such as synonyms, antonyms and other related words. Another excellent feature that this software has is its hot key support. The hot key is extremely simply to use, you place the cursor over the word you wish to find the meaning of and word web will automatically pop up with all the necessary information.
Conclusion
It is a very useful software for everyone who uses the computer especially teachers and students. It is simply to understand and provides enough information about a word for the user to be satisfied.

This program was the most successful typing software I examined. It effortlessly combines a diverse, multi–featured program with a simple, easy–to–use format. Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 20 Deluxe allows anyone, from kids to adults, from computer novices to advanced users, to be able to learn quickly and efficiently.
Feature Set:
Videos and interactive guides to tutor the user on proper typing ergonomics are all available in this software.
Some of the other features are creating custom lesson plans and learning environments by practicing with content that interests you most, the user can even personalize their keyboard and sound options and by setting their own typing speed goals. It even provides fun learning, this program offers ten, arcade–style typing games designed to improve typing speed, accuracy and even rhythm.
This program allows the user to adjust their lesson plan to best fit their specific age and skill level. Progress can also be obtained using the performance analysis feature.
